Mount Merapi

From Terminal Surabaya Solo majors continued to take the bus. The total trip from the Malang-Surabaya-Solo approximately 8 hours. Upon arrival in Solo continued naek bus boyolali majors, until there I picked up my friend Blotonk and overnight at her grandmother's house Blotonk. The next morning the two of us will do our adventure with a climb of Mount Merapi and reach peak Garuda is famous for.

Overnight in Boyolali really quiet, calm and cool. All the tiredness and fatigue during long trips into the city lost after
treading Boyolali with ketenanganya night. Finally I fell asleep with a smile of relief. Finally, tomorrow morning at City Boyolali morning greeted me with congratulations. Chirping of the birds on the branches actually gave birth to a rare voice of natural rhythms and sounds we encounter in today. Visible from a distance looks Merbabu really fascinating to fog at the top. At 8am we went to Base Camp at the foot of Mount Merapi. Not to forget we said goodbye to grandma Blotonk. After about an hour of riding a motorcycle, we arrived at Base Camp and do a re-checking our equipment and supplies before the climb.

After coordinating the final, two of our adventure began. Promptly at 10 am, we made a climb. Our initial field immediately treated to a paved road and uphill to New Selo or Postal Licensing. After a short rest we continue with the journey through the trail continues to climb. Our blood sweat streaming down that afternoon. No henti2nya we take a break while enjoying the beautiful scenery dinginya fog and exotic in front of us loomed the high Merbabu tuk was beautiful to the eye. After walking for about 3 hours of exhaustive we finally arrive at the Post stilt I. The scenery in stilt I bener2 very nice with a gap on either side of us. The wind at that time was very loud. Finally we decided to take a break in the stilt I ate egg fried rice we had brought from Base Camp earlier. Eating between nature while seeing exotic scenery mountains really brings its own pleasure for us.

After checking the equipment, then continue our journey back. Weather getting cold, thick fog began, and fast with the wind semaikin abyss on either side of us. Eagerly we continue the journey to the Post stilt II. The journey from stilt to stilt II I bener very heavy. The streets are steep and continued without any bonuses naek flat, dusty streets with vegetation and lots of rocks caused us to concentrate and berhati2 dalan step not to slip. Unceasingly we wiped the sweat dripping sweat despite the cold foggy weather and high winds. After passing through the dusty, rocky roads along the cold foggy weather and high winds for about two hours, we struggle finally ended after arriving at the Post stilt II. From stilt II appear to look behind the peak of Merapi covered in fog with a billowing smoke rising high in the sky.

Day already getting late when we arrived at the stilt II. After double-checking our gear and pilgrimage, the journey we continue to the Market Bubrah. A place that is believed to be the most haunted place as a gathering place for residents of Merapi fine. A steep cobbled street winds become our friends in the climbing that afternoon. Finally, our struggle is not in vain and we arrived at the peak of In Memoriam. On top of this there is a stone bearing the name of the climbers who died on Mount Merapi is. Not to forget we pray that the spirits of our friends-theme received a decent hand of God ... Amiiin AWT In Memoriam ... From this peak appears in front of us the vast expanse of Market Bubrah with large rocks in front of our eyes. While the peak of Merapi sturdy stand above us with keangkeranya that make our hearts more and more encouraged tuk to reach its peak tomorrow's atmosphere.

Days before the maghrib we find a place in the Market Bubrah to make a tent. Evening in the Market Bubrah really really cool. We both could not sleep much less often heard strange noises outside our tent in what makes us continue to think who the hell was out there. Last night in Market Bubrah give impression for us. The next morning before bener2 calm and soothing atmosphere. Peace of the morning we could feel in Market Bubrah.

Promptly at 7 am I finally decided to Puncak Garuda naek alone because my friend chose not to come and keep the tent in the Market Bubrah. Approximately 2 hours I had to pass through the streets steep slope of rocks alone with approximately 45 degrees. As traces of the starting tired and gasp of breath that began with the spirit of reaching peak tuk Garuda, Merapi make me continue to run without a broken spirit. Finally, I presented thanksgiving prostration to Allah after arriving at the summit. The heart of this seemed to not believe and want to weep get past all the obstacles approximately 8 hours of climbing from Base Camp trip beginning to peak. God's grace is truly amazing from the top of Garuda, Merapi. The weather was clear with the beginning of white clot down there make a natural at the time it was beautiful. Visible from a distance Merbabu, Sindoro, Cleft, Slamet, Ungaran, Lawu, Arjuna-Welirang look good from the Top Garuda, Merapi. Active crater of Merapi always remove sulfur smoke towering in the sky with anggunya.

Self as if still can not believe this could be close to the active crater of Merapi which ranks as one of the active crater dangerous in the world. For 1 hour at Puncak Garuda, Merapi really kumanfaatkan harmony as much as possible to enjoy the beautiful symphony of natural sound rhythms on top of Garuda, Merapi. Word of nature that truly makes the heart of this stunning increasingly convinced of the greatness and majesty of God Almighty. I can only pray and hope and continue to remind us all let's keep this natural order for today, tomorrow and forever kedepanya us and our generation can still see, feel and this beautiful natural preserve for the sake of harmony and balance between humans and surrounding natural environment as a unified whole ... ... Peace Always Earth It Still A Live ... Never Surrender ... Only Allah the Most Knowing and Wills.
